The best of the best. They will help on problems that are not even their problem like if you can�t get your website to display properly or something. I looked online for reviews of Arvixe and found only positive reviews which I thought was fishy since it was too good to be true. Anyway, I went ahead and bought a hosting account (I already had a domain with Godaddy). So far the only minor complaint I had was that though I think I selected Windows hosting, I ended up getting Linux hosting – but I contacted their LiveChat service who cancelled the account for me and I was able to then immediately get a Windows account. The other minor thing was that I paid using Google Checkout on a Friday and it took till Monday evening for the payment to go through.
Leaving that apart, things have been great so far – it was easy to setup the site, forward my domain with Godaddy to their nameservers, transfer the files/sql data and so I’m giving it a 5 throughout.
